Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to make returns, exchanges and alterations as easy as possible. We want you to be happy with your order and understand that sometimes you need to try something on to know how it will fit for sure. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your selection, please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide a solution.  In many cases, we can alter the item at no extra charge (if it is a fit issue), exchange it for something else or issue a store credit that you can use anytime.  We cannot issue refunds, nor can we accept a return or exchange on items that have been worn or custom made. We are happy though to offer alterations on your Bunny Jackson items throughout the lifetime of your purchase.

Please understand we are a limited custom design oriented boutique, many of our items are made to order or one-of-a-kind and depending on our stock levels and materials, some items may not be available in all sizes.

To exchange, alter or return an item for store credit, please email as soon as possible or call us (805) 895-8330 so we are aware of the situation and can best assist you.

We will then provide options depending on our stock levels and our return shipping address.

Your return must be post-marked within 14 days of the original ship date.  It must also include your order number (which can be found at the top of your receipt) and your name on the outside of the box.  Unidentified packages will not be accepted.

Shipping and handling are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.  We strongly recommend that your insure your return and get a delivery confirmation (signature is not required) in case your package gets lost in transit.
